Order Processing
All orders are processed right away; we try to ship every order every day. When there is stock, or when drop shipping is available, we get every order out the door and on it's way. We have a sense of urgency to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that we do not markup our freight charges or add any handling fees.
Payment Options
Credit Cards
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover/Novus, and American Express. Your credit card is not charged until your order leaves our warehouse. All credit cards are verified for your safety and we do not assess surcharges for credit card orders.
Net Accounts
Schools, hospitals, and government agencies can mail or fax an authorized purchase order for immediate NET Terms acceptance. Open account status is granted to other firms upon credit approval. Simply forward us a copy of your purchase order along with your credit information, including your bank reference, and we will contact you when your account is open. PrePaid
Continental US customers can prepay their order with a money order, personal check, or company check. Add $10.00 shipping to your order, which will be shipped UPS Ground. We reserve the right to amend shipping charges depending on size and weight limitations. Orders placed by new customers that exceed $250 and are paid by personal check will be held until the check clears our bank. Please send payment with a copy of your order to:

Sales Tax
We are required to charge Ohio sales tax on any order shipped intrastate. Customers who qualify for tax exempt status must submit a copy of their tax-exempt form before the order is processed. This form can be faxed to us at 937-393-9062.

Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via UPS Ground. We also offer UPS Orange (3 Day delivery), UPS Blue (2nd day delivery), UPS Red (Next day delivery), or Federal Express. USPS service is only available to APO/FPO addresses.
Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico
Orders can be shipped to these locations via UPS Blue or UPS Red.
APO/FPO
Orders are shipped to these locations via US Priority mail.
Dimensional Weight
UPS uses both actual weight and dimensional weight for Air Shipments, whichever is greater, to determine the billable weight. We reserve the right to adjust shipping charges for Air shipments based on UPS dimensional weight. Dimensional weight is determined at the point of shipping. Call 1-937-393-2500 for more details.
Warranty Information
The Southern Hills Computer warranty covers only products that are not covered by any other type of manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer's warranty shall be in force at all times. Products covered by the manufacturer's warranty will not be warranted by Southern Hills Computer. Southern Hills Computer warrants products not covered by a manufacturer warranty, excluding memory products, for a period of 1 year from the original invoice date. Southern Hills Computer only warrants the product to be free of defects in workmanship and will be responsible only for repair or replacement of the defective products at our discretion. This warranty does not include any coverage for downtime expense or any other expense incurred by the customer as a result of the defective product.

Returns
Any item you wish to return simply needs to be sent to the following address with a copy of your invoice, instructions, and a day time phone or email address. Package the item securely and send prepaid and insured to:

*Products eligible for return must be returned in brand new condition, containing undamaged boxes, manuals, print registration cards, warranty cards, and printed product supplements. The product or any of the printed materials must not be marked on. All products must be returned with all accessories included and undamaged. All products being returned must include the original UPC codes. We reserve the right to refuse any product return that does not meet the previous conditions. All product returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
For your safety, refunds on purchases made with credit cards will be credited back to the same card.
Southern Hills Computer cannot be held responsible for returned merchandise lost or damaged by the customer's shipping carrier. For your safety, please insure the returned merchandise and use a traceable shipping method.
